Hi
A rape case can be defeated if
a) there is a substantial time gap between incident of rape and medical report.
b) If you have evidence of consensual sex between the girl and yourself.
c) Also the girl has to file a complaint and not her relatives.
d) if you know for sure that they are going to file a false case, then you should apply for anticipatory bail..
