Can i do Government job if I am acquitted in a Murder Case
14-Mar-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Sir in year of 2014 i had captured in a case of 302 nd i got bail after 11 months .... Bt the honable hightcourt reverse the desicion of section court that there is nothing in the case they ... Honable highcourt said there was no intention or knowledge of murder so they orderd to sesion court for revere the decision ... Then sesission court change the allegations nd put in the place of 302 is now 323/325/34 ... So now i have a case of normally fight .......My question is can i do a government job if i will get select in any govt. Sector ??
You should do a govt job if neither any case or any criminal activities done by you. But the case is not properly clear so first you try to free from the all charges then you try to get a govt job. Find a job.

first tell me about the case status if any pending, if you sentenced in any case or the sentence period is above to year . you are not eligible for government job. if you acquittal in all procedure and fir is quashed against you. you are eligible.

It all depends upon the fate of the case. The case is still pending and till the pendency of any criminal case you are not eligible for any government job. If you are acquitted in that case you can join.
