Can I cancel my case

Hello sir I have registered a case on 27/05/2017 but now both party got compermise so sir now I can cancel my case or not..

YOU CAN NOT CANCEL YOUR CASE BUT YOU CAN WITHDRAW YOUR CASE FROM THE COURT WHERE THE CASE IS PENDING WITH PERMISSION OF THE COURT AND YOU ARE ONLY REQUIRE TO FILE A JOINT COMPERMISE PETITION BEFORE THE COURT AND WHEN YOUR PETITION IS ALLOWED YOUR CASE CAME TO END BUT IT DEPENDS CASE TO CASE AND SECTIONS UNDER COMPLAINT OR CASE IS REGISTERD

Compromised say case khatam ho sakta ha lakin daykhana hoga jo kon sa section may case huaa ha har section may compromised nahi hota ha laykin hostayl gawahi kara kar kay case ko khatam keya ja sakta ha

It can be done. File quashing Application in High Court. Send matter for mediation, have it compromised...file joint compromise petition... court may quash the criminal Case. Both parties might have to appear.
