Can I and my mother do case on wife and father in law after bail?

Respected Sir/Madam, nMy wife left her matrimonial home after 75days of temple marriage. Her ornaments and our ornaments are with her side. Marriage without any furniture and without any dowry. She and her father are agitated psycho persons. Their local record is not good. They did extreme mental torture on me and my mother over messages after that. Mental torture, abusive words followed by several smileys. She used to continuously block us if I missed her, requested her to come back. Her father went for beating me by a civic police in public. I sent diary requests to our police station and their police station with all supporting documents through registered post. She has suddenly made false 498a, 307, 406, 506, etc on us mentioning a prior date and different address. Witnesses are theirs. I have evidences against those false charges. Can I and my mother make cases against them from our local court or the high court using my pre-petitions after getting bail? Help us anyhow please.
