Can fixed deposit is used for bail?

Actually I dont have any property on my name did Fix deposit (F.D. ) is used to submit in court for bail .

Yes it can well be submitted as a surity in matter of bail. it has a provision to submit the fix deposit In bail as surity. but it has to be made in favour of court. cash surety can be deposited. you can take its perticulars from court clerical office.

yes it is sufficient for a bail or as a surety amount as court demand. or you can used your Life Insurance policy for this purpose also. if you have any gun license you can also capable for give a surety to a guarantee.

This can be used as a surety provided it fulfills two conditions: 1. It has the permission of the court which you can take by filing an application which can be drafted at our end And 2. The money whether it is sufficient for surety and whether it has matured or not If it he money has not matured the Courts willingness not be inclined generally to involve the banks in the sureties .
