Can a person in judicial custody be investigated on two cases

Sir A person who has judicial custody, how can a pollice officer interogate him in other criminal case as per law?

Hi, A person who is in judicial custody in case can only be interrogated by police officer in another case after getting production warrant and police remand in another case for the interrogation of such person.

When an accused is involved in more than one case and has been remanded to judicial custody in connection with any one of those cases, there is no legal compulsion on the Investigating Officers of the other cases to show formal arrest of the accused inside the prison.

Yes if thr are 2 consecutive cases going on against the accused and the court has knowledge abt both of them and then may be both or single case enquiry could be made or else it is done on not so legal bases by police who are abusing law rest it is not always legal but may depend on circumstances
