My father cylinders 3 days ago but till known he is in custody of police but they are not showing official arrest of the person what to do know

first of all you have to know about which police officer or police station has arrest the person. after that go to the sp office of the area and give a complaint for illegal arrest. if the sp does not do anything then you have to fill a case before the high court for illegal arrest of person

Bail can be applied in this case. Do you have the FIR number with you, it will be easier to track We can file for bail in this case in the concerned court. Also highlight the conduct of the police if they have not arrested after following the due process.
