Can a forgery case be settled.in lok. Adalt, once the case is proved a

Sir if a forgery case is filed and charge sheeted and them in court and evidence is already done of the accused and is proved, the case is now transferred to the LOK Adalt for settlement, cam this be settled in lo lol adalat , as it has been referred by the court , as I know forgery case can only be settled by the petitioner turning hostile , in this case it's not been that will the LOK adalt settle it ,

Dear Sir, Referring to Lok Adalath is a formality and mostly criminal cases may or may not settle in the Lok Adalath. It is not clear whether you are Accused or Complainant in the above case. You may visit my office for getting confidential legal advise.
