Can a court learn that l faked my miscarriage ?

Hi, I had faked my pregnancy abortion so that l easily get divorce from my abusive husband.
My husband did marital rape in 2018 and I take my pregnancy and abortion in 11weeks.
I had convinced my husband that l got pregnant because of the marital rape when we were living in separation. Currently a marital rape case in ipc 376 is charged on him with matter in court.
And can l tell the court that he made me to abort forcefully when he learned that l am pregnant so strengthen my divorce and marital rape case. I dont want any compensation or alimony, just a peaceful life where no one beats me with belt and shoes after drinking alchohol. Shall l tell court that he forced me for miscarriage, though l dont have any proof for this. But my husband believes that l was pregnant. So will the court will ever learn that l lied. Can court find out that l was never pregnant.and is it a crime to fake the pregnancy.Please help. Thanks.Please let me know will court will learn that l faked my abortion

2. Marital Rape is not considered under Criminal offence under Section 376/375.
3. For Divorce you need to file Divorce petition rather than criminal case like this.
