Can a case of sexual harassment affect my government job verification

sir i just want to know that if a case aginst me registered in any other district on me . and case is going on and if i got a govt job in parallel case is running on . than what can be done so that in verification process they don t get it ..and i can get the job . and trying to end the case in parallely . as evidence are given in my favour .
Pendency of a criminal case is not a bar to get a government job, unless you are convicted in the same.. ..but you must disclose this criminal case pendency as later on if it is discovered, it can go against you..regards team lawyer Mitra

you should try and expedite the procedure to get the case against you dropped, but if only a formal complaint is registered against you it should not affect the verification process,
but if your verification and the job is effected due to the said case against you, you can challenge it in the court, but for that you should consult your lawyer, for now you can only work to expedite to get the case dropped.

You did not say that under which crime you have been sued? And if any of you is sued under any crime, whether it is in any district of India that it will be deemed that you have been sued, and that And because of this, your job may be in danger, so as soon as possible, finish the case.
