Can a 40 year old highly educated MD doctor say false promise to marry

When a 40-year-old highly educated MD doctor woman makes an accusation of forced rape, claiming that it occurred 7 months ago and that she was in the same room as the man earlier, and the man has the evidence of that. How is it that a man can be with a woman for 20 days and not rape her until the 22nd day? Can justice really be blind? She claims in her allegations that he was horrible from the start, so why would she want to marry him? then a phony pledge to wed. Can such fabricated claims endure?

Dear client The allegations in the FIR would be substantially rely on the statement given by the complainant/informant/ victim. Let the charge sheet be filed. Until then apply for ab anticipatory bail u/s 438 Feel free to get in touch for further discussion

When someone has implicated you in false case then you can’t go away with it the same day or same moment. You have been posting for many days the same question in different forms ! However, you need to understand the legalities in such situation which is not going to happen only with you but with all throughout the country ! In such situation First police has to register FIR, then u need to move your bail, then police will file chargesheet, then state of framing of charges (only on this stage your advocate can argue om your points) or simultaneously if you have conclusive evidences then u can move quashing at high court ! I would strongly recommend you to hire expert advocate to do all the needful n guide you properly ! All the best !
