Calendar case regarding leased land in 2021..have attended all hearing

I am anand reddy from Andhrapradesh.. I took 10 acres of land for lease in 2017 for 10 yrs from a woman.. She filed a calendar case on 3 of us in 2021 under IPC 323,506 and 509..till date i never absent for hearing dates.. My concern now is i got an opportunity to work abroad sir i hav applied for passport and they rejected to issue me.. Plz requesting you to guide me how can i get my passport and is there any possibility to go abroad for working.. With this problem i hav lost my career.Plz help

hi if the passport authorities had denied your passport on the ground of pending csse then you could file writ petition in court directing the authorities to issue passport to enable you travel abroad

The best solution is that all the sections you mentioned are under Section 320 of the CrPC are compoundable in nature. Therefore, you can approach her or request her to settle the matter amicably and compromise the case, which would resolve your issue.
Otherwise, you can file a writ petition against the passport authorities, as the Supreme Court has clearly stated that the pendency of a criminal case is not a valid reason to deny the issuance or renewal of a passport.
