कोर्ट ने माझ्यावर आणि माझ्या साक्षीदारावर लावलेला फाईन आणि BW कसा कॅन्

माझ्या आई वडिलांचा मागील वर्षी अपघात झाला त्याची मी FIR दिली होती त्या केस मध्ये मी फिर्यादी असुन मला आणि माझ्या साक्षीदारांना दिनांक 28/12/2023 रोजी कोर्ट मध्ये हजर राहण्यासाठी Summons आलेला होता नेमका त्याच काळात माझ्या प्रकृती ठीक नसल्यामुळे आणि माझे लग्न असल्यामुळे मी आणि माझे साक्षीदार कोर्ट मध्ये हजर होऊ शकलो नाही त्यामुळे कोर्ट ने आमच्यावर प्रत्येकी ५०००/- रुपयेचा फाईन आणि BW काढला आहे त्याच्यातून कसे वाचावे व फाईन आणि BW कसा कॅन्सिल करावा
