Bullying in college by Lab Partner

I am being bullied by college by my lab partner.We both are 19 year old male.Details of the bullying :- 1)shouting/being mean. 2)telling the teacher that I don't work ,thus the teacher giving me 7/10 instead of 10/10. 3)out of frustration, he snatched the disc from my hand(a lab equipment)(happened once) 4)ordering me to do his work. Can any legal action be taken?(he has never laid hands on me except once(when he snatched(read 3)) .And he has also ordered me to do his work
