Bullying during the Childhood.

I was bullied throughout high school for called alleged gay. My classmates called me names , made fun of my walked like a girl, and even touched my private part to check if I was a boy or a girl. It was a living hell. I didn't tell anyone about what was happening, not even my family or friends.nnNow, 11 years later, the memories of the bullying are still haunting me. I want justice, but I don't know if the Indian constitution will help me.

Well, you should have lodged Police Complaint much prior rather than doing it now, for the purpose of converting such Police Complaint into a FIR, considering, the limitation period to lodge complaint against the crimes committed against you during your childhood has expired. However, it doesn't mean, that, you cannot file a case now, case can be filed now also, but, you have to convince the Court by putting forth reasons in Application for Delay condonation, that, why it should pardon the delay which you have committed in lodging the Criminal case against those who committed bullying and touched your private parts in childhood without your consent!
