I had filed consumer case on 28 Sep 2022 but till not there is no progress, status is alternating between "For Further Steps" and "Call on". As per lawyer this happened because other party has not received court notice. nI have share their contact number and email ids but nothing happenednnWhat should i do?

Find out from your present lawyer as to why it’s taking time.
If regular summons through court/RPAD is not successful, you can ask for summons to be served through email/WhatsApp (with/without an application seeking permission)
If that doesn’t seem to work, then you can opt for hand delivery of summons and then through paper publication.
