Building slab collapse in floor contrction 2 people died.

During floor construction on 3rd floor, the slab collapse in which my father died & mother got injured. Other labourer one died & one injured. Nobody is giving us any compensation. Neither police is taking any strong action against them. The guilty is free & said I don't have anything. Government has kept us on hold. Justice needs to be done. The structural audit wasn't done by BMC, neither the 3rd floor resident took permission of working. What shall we do

go first let and go to the police station if the police does not file and FIR go to the Commissioner of Police and give your complaint take acknowledgement from the office . even no action is taken then go to the coat and file the complaint before the court under section 156 3 of CRPC the court will take
