Buiders harassing and forcing to buy flat what should we do

Me and my mom are facing too many problems by two people in our flat influencing me or pushing me to agree for their decision for the flat( Which involves money and do not show bills or return remaining money). Im the only person who is earning (My father is no more). They use unethical words or higher their voice towards me and my mom. In different fight between our builder. They both told they have big background etc and also told they can arrange people to hit him also. I m afraid they both will harm me or my mom too. What should I do?
Definitely you can file a criminal case against that person because they should not force you to buy flat hence immediately you can file crminal complaint and explains about the actual fact then police will take action against that person if you want further clarification contact me

They are threatening you. Unless your agree to buy, no one can force you to buy the Flat. If you approach the problem correctly, then no one can make you buy the flat. you are assuming lot of things in your mind, Take one call at a time, if they harass or threaten you lodge a police complaint, if the are disrupting your peaceful possession file civil suit in appropriate court, it is not advisable to go by their background as everyone is equal before law and they are answerable for their deeds.

Immediately you file a criminal complaint before the police for harassing you and your mom. The police must register the F.I.R and should not treat this complaint as C.S.R. In the event of police not registering your FIR you can move High Court under sec.482 Crl.Procedure Code for suitable direction to the police.
