To for legal remedy one needs to see the FIR COPY.
However are the named in the FIR may apply for Anti-ceptory bail to avoid arrest from the police ( only has to co-operate with police in investigation)
One may prefer to move to the High Court to Quash the FIR.
Or
One has to Fight out the trial.
