Brother betrayed in a partnership

We had opened a shop around 15 years ago But the firm is under brother wife name We had made a agreement for partnership Now he is refusing to pay the share and not ready to check the accounts What can we do

first show cause you notice that to give all the statement of accounts and the profits regarding the shop if there is any undo influence you must obtain the stay before the court not to operate the business illegally and also you can go for a winding up of partnership in case if the partnership cannot be continued through the court you can divide the property
