Daily jb me ghr se office k liye nikalti hu to mere piche hota hai bike se,fir office s nikalte wakt v picha krta hai . Baar baar bat krne ko bolta hai . Or kbhi kbhi ghr k samne aake mere ghr me pathar fekta hai or abuse krta hai or bolta hai ki agar bat nhi krogi to me tumko badnam kr dunga , tumhe relatives ko call krke bolunga tumse baat krane ko . nMeine police ko complaint krke warning v dilwaya fir b ye ho rha hai . Uske ghr walo ko bolti hu ki apne bete ko samjha lo to wo bar bar bolte h haa theek h samjhayenge lekin kuch krte nhi h. Ulta mujhe bolte h ki compromise kro or isse sadi krlo . Aise me kya kru mera mental peace khrab ho gya h.

hello mam as you are saying the issue is concerned which you have disclosed here is serious in nature as you have alredy tried to save your self now the option you are having is to reach high court directly and get him arrested along with his family so tht they can understand get punished for rhe things which he ia trying to do

Pehli baat toh Shaanti se soch kar batao ki tumhe usse shaadi karni hai ya nahi. Aur agar nahi toh fir usko ek legal notice bhej sakte hai jisme ek line likh sakte hai ki “sudhaar jayo warna toh we will take legal action against you which will be at your own risk”. Aur janakari ke liye mujhe sampark kare.

in this case you can file fir against the alleged person and start legal proceedings against him. if he still continues to do that he will be put behind the bars by the concerned police officer. but i suggest you to take legal action

aapki complaint pe 354 IPC ki complaint banti hai. agar police action nahi le rahi to court me directly case file kiya ja sakta hai jisme police ko court fir karne ke liye order Kar sakti h. fir hone k baad uska arrest hona pakka h.

Dear madam, iska seedha samadhan ye hai ki aap F.I.R darj karaye aur agar police ke samjhane ke baad bhi ye cahlu hai toh court ka sangyan Lena hoga jisme court police ko direct karegi to investigate the matter and in case if he continues he will be arrested. aapko 156(3) me application dalni chahiye. agar aap salah lena chahe toh le sakte hai.
