you can file the criminal complaint with the cyber security and change the password of your account at the earliest. That way you can save any other duplication and that someone might be caught if the ip address is being used is different. Also you can file a criminal complaint to the nearest police so that if the person is a known one then he/she can be arrested for that breach

This is a case of cyber crime and you should immediately file a complaint in cyber crime branch of your local police station. Your account needs an immediate protection. For any detailed discussion feel free to contact. Thanks

login to someone else account is breach of privacy and our constitution gives us right to privacy, hence the person is guilty of breaching of privacy and also blackmailing someone because of their private photos and videos is also an offensive act, therefore that can be suited for their actions. can provide more information accordingly to the details of the case. File an FIR without a second thought. If you are afraid of doing it by yourself, better engage a lawyer who would guide you through and ensure protection of your rights as and when required. If need be depending on facts and circumstances of your case and the further development there-in you can file a suit for injunction against the platforms used for sharing the photos and /or the person. Remember damage has been done and timely treatment is the key to ensure that your damages are minimised and you are guided out of the situation safely
