Boyfriend promised to marry, but cheated later on

I belongs to hindu rajput family and I was in relationship with a Muslim guy for almost 9 years. We both were in love and want to marry.he promised me for marriage and bcoz of that I waited for him.but now when his family is not agree bcoz of religious issue this guy started creating stories and started putting aligation on me and without my knowledge he left me.at age of 31 he cheated me and want to marriage muslim girl.our relationship was more then a girlfriend and boyfriend. Please tell me what I can do because he cheated me in my name religious. Can I file complaint against him.he played with my life and spoiled my image
