Boyfriend cheated me in the name of love and marriage

He cheated me after having 4yrs relationship including 8months living in together relationship. I gave a complaint, in the station they said to marry or they will file 493. He said next-day he will tell his decision. But it is been 1.5 months, till now he is not ready to come to station. All his family members are supporting him. Now the police too. I wanted to file a case, but police is telling me WhatsApp chats and call recordings are not considered as a proof. But I have a call recording which states that he had a sexual relationship with me and he agreed for that. What shall I do. How to proceed further. Can anyone give me a detailed answer.
you have to o approach higher authorities in Dcp or acp level and submit the complaint there and don't delay in filing complaint it might affect the trial so proceed as early and support the investigation submitting whatever the documents you have to the officer

if your in live in relation with him then you can file complaints pcr in court don't go to police station otherwise you need submit comissioner office complaints then comissioner will immediately take action
