Boyfriend cheated and physicaly harassing how to file case

I have a relationship with my boyfriend from june 2014, starting it self I told him to inform to both family members, he told me that his family will accept and he won't get any negative answer from his family side, but finally after his brother marriage in 2015 I got to know that his family members are not accepting for our marriage, now if I ask him anything about marriage he will start harrasing me physically and he will come to my place and then he will start beating continuesly. So finally I have decided to file case against and his family members, is it correct way?

You have every right to file against anyone whom you don`t like, but will you not help of an advocate for filing ? It is doubtful if any advocate would agree, because the court may penalise you for including his family members in any case.

Go for a dating sorry to say and fix a rape case against him so that he would get married to you since when he is harassing u do it and get justice or else leave him and concentrate on work and u will get good offer outside think
