Boyfriend cheated and his mother threatens for getting married

I was in relationship with a guy he is from haveri. We both are mnc employees... We loved each other and decided to get married.. My parents agreed even though it was different caste.. His parents didn't agreed to this.. My parents also spoken to them but they have decided to marry some other gal.. And My boyfriend is not ready to oppose them not he is agreeing to convince their parent... He is telling to get married with some other guy... But I have been emotionally cheated.. And he has played with my feelings and with my parents too.. It's all because of his cowardy act and his mother's threatening. He is worry about this threatening and he is ready to leave me... From past 2years we moved closely in matter of money as well as emotionally also... Now feeling like he is cheating on me... How do I lodge a complaint for this

Yes , No doubt you can lodge a complaint before the police and your issue attracts grave offences , so you have to move cautiously and carefully against him, narrate the each and every incident and file complaint , consult any criminal advocate they guide you in procedures you can avoid loopholes, delaying in filing complaint also damages case hence take early steps.

Yes madam, you have option to lodge a complaint with Karnataka state women commission. The commission will call upon him and you for the enquiry. The commission will give opportunity to both parties to tell about their grievance and defence. You better to consult an advocate for legal assistance. For further information kindly contact.

I cannot process the court the court can take cognizance or you can file a private complaint against the whom you have been against whom there is a Ms Ms appreciation of case there any which has been done against you can approach the nearest police station and file I complain Police officers have not recorded your complaint then you can approach the Honorable Court by filing a private complaint against thing
