Boy gives false promise of marriage but later marrying another girl

Hi, We have been in a relationship for 8 years and he had committed marriage to me but now he said he is getting married to someone else.We were physically involved as well.Can I file a case against him to stop his marriage as per the new Supreme Court law ?

Yes of course you can file criminal complaint against that person. He do not have any right to play simply with life of any innocent girl. If you let him go this time, he will spoil another life. You must teach him lesson, so he will think twice before flirt any girl of women.
