Boy friend cheated and left 2 yrs back

Hi can I file case against the guy who cheated and left me before 2 yrs back? He disconnected all the contacts. I'm not able to find him. His brother or dad not revealing his details. They are not allowing me to talk to him or see him.
it could not be made. if you are having solid proof that you were in relation then only necessary steps can be taken by filing a criminal case, and there is no evidence then no criminal proceedings can be initiated.
