Hello sir, nnI got booked under 188 & 269, epidemic disease act (3). nThe case got disposed and i could find it on ecourts site andd confirmed with local lawyer. nnI also applied for fresh licence, the police verification got on hold. Police asked me for the status , i provided with the information that case is disposed by local court. nnPolice asked me to submit a copy of order. I did so by taking printout. npolice is asking to submit a “signed by judge”order copy. nnThis will take 7-15 days. nnMy lawyer told me the order copy from ecourts is valid and can be provided as proof of case status. nnWould like to take another opinion, please help.
Which is the court? (Sessions court or Metropolitan Magistrate's court?)
you will have to apply for the certified copy of the disposal order by the Hon'ble Court. one will have to apply for the certified copy in the Court and subsequently you may submit that copy before the Police station.

As per the Evidence Act, there needs to submit primary evidence which includes a certified true copy of the document. Hence, wait for the certified copy to arrive and once it is with you, you may approach the concerned police station for further procedure.
