Q: Blank cheques deposited and cheques bounced
Hi There nnI took money from a person (3-4 different person) and given blank cheques to them at the time of taking moneyNow I already paid 80% of Total amount to them via online transactions (I have all entries as a proof) nnSince they have blank cheques they are deposting and sending us 138 notices and also filed a caseOne cheque case status shows - "Bailable warrant of arrest" is issued nnNow what to do next as warrant is also there ? nnPlease advice nnThanking You
Advocate Rohil Sharma answered
Hello,I appreciate that you've come up with most of the relevant information to assist you. As per law, security cheques can not be deposited in bank without prior permission of the account holder. Here since the cheques which the person has deposited were given as security cheques, you've got a good case to defend which may turn up in your favor dismissing the complaint filed by the complainant for the cheque Dishonour. However, I would need to go through the Complaint that you might have received so as to guide you properly. Also, since a Bailable Warrant might have issued in your case (as per the description you gave) you'll need to approach the Hon'ble Court to cancel the same. You may please contact me anytime on my number for further support.
Q: Booked under section 188 & 269, Epidemic Disease act 1997, 3.
Hello sir, nnI got booked under 188 & 269, epidemic disease act (3). nThe case got disposed and i could find it on ecourts site andd confirmed with local lawyer. nnI also applied for fresh licence, the police verification got on hold. Police asked me for the status , i provided with the information that case is disposed by local court. nnPolice asked me to submit a copy of order. I did so by taking printout. npolice is asking to submit a “signed by judge”order copy. nnThis will take 7-15 days. nnMy lawyer told me the order copy from ecourts is valid and can be provided as proof of case status. nnWould like to take another opinion, please help.
Advocate Rohil Sharma answered
As per the Evidence Act, there needs to submit primary evidence which includes a certified true copy of the document. Hence, wait for the certified copy to arrive and once it is with you, you may approach the concerned police station for further procedure.Regards

Advocate Rohil Sharma answered
In order to assist you a more information need to be known. Based on the facts provided by you my answer would be yes, you may approach the Police Station having jurisdiction and give a complaint in writing that you've been threatened (although you've not disclosed what kind of threat that person has gave).I would suggest you to meet an Advocate and disclose all the facts to him before stepping into a legal recourse.Regards
Q: Will my juvenile records be destroyed ?
I had a juvenile case on me but now it is compromised . I wanted to know if I can go to the police station to get my record destroyed. There was no FIR only a GD or SD entry acc. to JJ Act. 2015. According to JJ Act . It was Petty in nature and all sections were compoundable .I hope for a fast answer.
Advocate Rohil Sharma answered
there's no need to worry about that. Juvenile Justice Act itself provides for the privacy of juveniles. The name of juveniles are nowhere disclosed. So please stay worry free as your juvenile case will not cause any trouble to you in future.
