booked in case which i never committed

I was booked in a case by a company founder,i worked in that company in 2018 ,he had taken money from the employees and without giving pending salaries to the employees he thought of absconding we caught him but he reversely filed case under sec341ipc,sec384 ipc and absconded , i never noticed i had a FIR since 2018 and got to know in 2023,please suggest me how come out of this case.

hi you could file quash petition to quash the FIR as it is based on all false allegations and that you were noy connected to such allegations and that need to see the whether you had receiived any summons

1)you can file quash petition before the High court for quashing of the FIR 2) you can ask to the court for a speedy trail if in case the case I did not quash. 3. the court consider that there is no merits for quash petition you have there is a alternative remedy you can file discharge petition before the concern magistrate for discharge from the case
