Booked as consumer what to do?

My friend has been booked as consumer in ndps. He is worried that will it affect visa to travel abroad.

hi if the case is still pending against your friend then you could file a petition to expdeite trial in the matter and that your abroad travel is getting affeced by pending case amd dispose at the earliest
