Blackmailing,stalking, harassement

A lawyer under the pretext of heping me in a divorce case has taken advantage of me physicaly, now torturing mentally and now even stalking my daughter also n threatening me of allegating false cases on me now.please help n advise....thankyou.

If this is true then it is not good as per the case of law. Intention of any lawyer should be to help a person and not to take advantage. I am not sure about the complete scenario so difficult to really comment on it. would like to know the complete story before we come to any conclusion.

You can file a charge of Professional Misconduct against such an Advocate who sexually & mentally exploited you by creating constant undue pressure on you to indulge in weird & awkward physical acts with him & forcing you that if you won't indulge, he would make sure that you lose the particular legal-case which you have delegated to him for litigation. You can slap charges of Sexual Harassment, Rape, Unappropriate touch, Physical & Sexual Harassment, Mental Cruelty & Physical abuse upon you against that Advocate. You can get him suspended from being an Advocate by complaining to the Bar Council of India under Advocates Act, 1961. However, while doing all such weird and awkward physical acts with him, you were under constant undue pressure & you were doing sex with him reluctantly to avoid your Daughter from getting raped, that is what, you need to prove.

madam if lawyer has been conducted with you wrongly is also liable action against against him as per law . what is about to tell me all the details open the case . hence you have to meet me personally along with all details and papers immediately we will resolve the problem good manner thank you
