Firstly, blackmailing is different from doing F I R . If she want to file F I R so can file easily against you .but don’t worry you will get bail in this matter because you have evidence to prove that you made a physical relationship with mutual consent

Hello, hope you are doing well. At present, your screenshots and messages may not carry much legal weight, but they could be considered circumstantial evidence during a future trial. There are various factors that the trial court takes into consideration. On the other hand, if she had initially given consent, she still has the right to revoke it. If she chooses to file an FIR, it may be treated as a case of rape based on a false promise of marriage. However, since no FIR has been registered yet, there is no immediate legal threat—this is just a possible scenario I am outlining for your understanding. It is advisable to try resolving the issue by involving your parents and settling the matter amicably. If an FIR is registered, it could have serious consequences for you. As per your query, since both you are adults and the relationship was consensual without any promise of marriage, it does not attract criminal liability under Section 376 IPC( 64 of BNS) but still she can file FIR alleging for false rape case. In that case you must file for anticipatory bail. Screenshots of chats and messages showing mutual consent and clear communication regarding no commitment of marriage can be used as evidence in your defence if any false FIR is filed. If she is threatening or blackmailing you, it is advisable to file a complaint under relevant sections such as criminal intimidation (Section 506 IPC) or extortion (Section 384 IPC). Keep all proofs safely. In case of any FIR it will be useful for trial

Screenshots are helpful for you but if you have a complaint in this regard , the maximum time police have the right to send you jail. Be alert she has many things to play with you and have a woman's card so be careful this thing ruined your life completely and you have the only option to help yourself by hiring an advocate for your legal rights and get an acquittal in case .
