Q: Physical & Mental Abuse By Husband

Hello, My sister was being abused from the start of the marriage. We always thought things would be better from now on. But in the last case, he beat my sister and took the younger child (5Years Girl) to his sister's place and is not letting my sister talk to her. We took our sister back to our home, and now she is very scared and traumatized by his behaviour, and still they are not letting her talk to her child; they have blocked the contact number. How can we proceed with this? HINDU

It's a serious issue and the serious issue is solved by slow process but best results, if you really want to come back your sister to your home and also her little baby , you have to go for it immediately by taking action, You should hire an advocate and try to contact me at my office I will give you the solutions about that and your sister is live happily in your house and get money and there daughter also.

Q: Pre-nuptial agreement in India

Hello, I have a girlfriend who frequently gives me police threats, calls me out as a "rapist", "kidnapper" and later clarifies that it was out of anger, she also gives me threat that she will write a note against me and commit self-harm. This has happened again and I don't think I want to live under threats anymore. Hence, I wanted to know wether there is any legal agreement, or anything which both of us can sign, so that she doesn't pursue this matter legally

There is no agreement about this because if she harms them completely and writes a note how can you escape from this , if she died there is no remedy because you are already in trouble in future, It's a dead note so you have to go to jail hire a advocate pay them consultancy fees and get a remedy fast.

Q: Runaway from home and want to Live by my own then what legal action

I m 27 years old girl. I want to runaway from my parents home and want to live by my own,if my parents filed a missing case, will police look for me and force me to go home

Yes if police will find you by searching you , and the report is filled by parents definately, you are in problem because there is no option and your parents have tha right to get you , by there complaint, but there is remedy if you want the remedy then contact me as possible and get your remedy

Q: No Promotion avenues in my cadre

I am working in the Autonomous institute of Raipur since 2019. There is a cadre but no promotion from level 3 to level 6 and i am in level 3. Next post is fully filled by direct recruitment. So, i requested so many times in my office,kindly update your cadre and change 100% direct recruitment to 75% direct and 25% promotion post. Plz help.

It's a matter of high court you have to file a case to highcourt it's not about deal with direct, it's a matter of Writ petition and service matter, then your problem will be solved easily hire fast it's a matter of limitations so don't wait and watch' work fast and get results easily.
