Blackmailing and asking for money

My 86 years old father in law is having relationship with a woman from the last 24-25 years. She always blackmail him and ask for money. She has taken almost all of his money in these years. Even my father in law and his all children including my husband are not ready to for any action against her because of reputation in society. Even they are supporting her and hiding her actions. They threatened me also to keep my mouth shut. What should i do and how can i get evidence of all her wrong doings

your father in law is very old and hope that the women involved as blackmailer is also old woman. the blackmailing is an punishable offence under Indian penal code. so the entire family must sit on the issue and take decision to lodge FIR against the said women. you can also talk to that lady for get the evidences on the matter otherwise you may lord complaint against her.
