Blackmail physical and mental harrsement by boyfriend

I dated a guy.he was very aggressive and harrase me mentally.by coming to know his true colours I broke up with him.he started to cry everyday and used to call and harrase me.i clearly said him that I don't want to continue relationship.he said he still love me so I've to love hime back.He started to blackmail me that he'll suicide a several number of times.Then he blackmailed me that he'll say bad things about me to my parents.now I blocked him and in my exam preparation at home.pls suggest.
Hi, the guy with whom you have been in relationship appears to be very dangerous and volatile. If he persist in harassing you the same way, you should take legal steps before he does anything. you can either issue a legal notice warning him of consequnces if her continues to bother you.
