Blackmail and using bad words...Blackmail with my personal information

Hiii...i broke up with my boyfriend 1 week ago..ow i m not agree to stay with him because of his behaviour or blackmails..Now he call me using bad words for me and my family..Also he said he used my pics harm me and my family also..He said he used my personal details against me and destroy me and my family..He continue call and text me and blackmailing me .My family is unaware about this. If I WENT to college he dont let me study ...What can I do..CAN I FILE A FIR AGAINST HIM??

yes sure you can lodge a FIR against him. you can also file a complaint against him for 376 2 n. He has no right to publish your personal pictures. you can also take action against him under cyber crime

Yes you can get a FIR registered against him for blackmail and other offence like threats and leaking your personal photographs and details. You draft a proper complaint and submit it before the SSP or your area and police will take immediate action.
