20-Jan-2023 (In Criminal Law)
My bike and mobile phone were stolen from me but were later recovered by police after I filed complaint. They have not yet released it even after me asking them number of times. What should I do.

File a petition for release of vehicle and mobile phone before the Court, where the main case is pending. So also ask for a certified copy of the seizure list from the Court prior to filing of the petition for release..
