What can we do after filling charge sheet .Can we file crpc 227 n discharge is possible ? Can we apply in high court or local court 227 ?
you can apply any of the thing you can go in the lower court for discharge and also you can directly go in the high court for quashing of the FIR and get it quashed and the netire case gets finished but u need to have proper evidence to prove your innocence

No, you cannot directly file Discharge Application under Section 227 of the CRPC. After filing of Charge Sheet, Court decide which Charges to be framed and upon which Charges Accused will be tried before the Court, then if your lawyer finds that the charges are loose, not strong, then he can file a Discharge Application for the Accused to get him Released.
