Being blackmailed by some people how to take action on them

From last 2 years 2 people Are Blackmailing 2 peoples are asking money from last 2 years about so my problem is so from last 2 years I am doing some business like it's a consultancy type of business job related business HR consulting business one time that person meet me also so of that he kidnapping me after that I am demanding up to 2 lacs So I I give two LAX also after that after one year again he trap me again I collect from my side up to 1.6 lakh and then one bike and then my important documents also after again asking money money money I don't have money and then I took a 70000 rupees loan from capital first without my permission no I want to paid 70000 to Capital first and then he asking again 17000 rupees finally so I don't have money so what is the mean how can I give the complaint?
What you have stated here is a criminal matter. Instead of asking for opinion of advocates here, You can straightaway go to a police station and give a complaint against those people. Only if they refuse to take complaint we can guide you..

There is no other way but to make a complaint to police along with phone call details,email conversation, call recordings ... etc.
The accused person should be nabbed to know his intention and who and all involved in this.
