Bar Enrollment Issue - criminal Background Check

I am a last year law student and i have a pending case u/s 308/ 323/341 and 34. The case is put on consideration by magistrate on feb and till now i have not been arrested. I didnt done any action to cause injury to the victim but my name is in the 11 no. Column. Also there is directions issues by BAR COUNCIL OF INDIA on september for criminal background check. So please tell me the remedy so that i can get enrollment in the BAR in next year and also tell me what can i do to be free from this case....as fsl reports to be come will clearly tell my passiveness in the action.

Depending on the facts of the case and also depending upon the stage of your case you can file an application u/s 498 crpc/528bnss or a Criminal Writ before the Hon'ble High Court. As an alternative you can wait for the decision of the Bar Council on your enrollment after honestly declaring in the enrollment form about the criminal antecedents as mentioned above.
