Dear Sir, In the recent times the conduct of bankers towards their customers all togther changed. The Banking people have become monopoly over banking business. You have two options, one to approach Banking Ombudsman with your grievances and secondly get issue a legal notice and file a case in consumer court for irresponsible and negligent attitude of bankers towards you.
