Bail Related Inquiry And It's Very Important For Me To Get Legal Advis

My uncle was released on bail 4 months ago but the court room has lost bail copy .in present day police has come to capture my uncle what kind of legal advisor for me

Your uncle cannot be arrested in this case. Even if he is arrested, the arrest would be illegal. Losing an order from the record of the case cannot be a ground to rearrest a person released on bail. Further, when police comes to arrest your uncle ask him to show them the copy of bail order in his possession. A person released on bail can only be arrested if he has violated any of the conditions for grant of bail. Until that, no police or magistrate can order an arrest.
