Immediate Action Plan 1. Get Certified Copies of FIR, bail rejection order, and medical report of the wife. 2. Consult a Supreme Court lawyer to file SLP for bail. 3. Simultaneously prepare for re-bail in Allahabad HC after charge-sheet is filed. 4. Talk to wife & her family (if possible and safe) for compromise statement to weaken prosecution case. ⸻ In summary: Since HC bail is rejected, your strongest legal remedy is to approach the Supreme Court for bail, or reapply in High Court after the charge-sheet. Build your case around lack of intent + minor injury + no criminal background.
