CNR NUM : KABD010007662020 My Friend was in police custody since 11March2020, He apply for bail in bidar session court but, due to corona bidar court, Notification dated 23-03-2020 of the Honble High Court of Karnataka, Bengaluru - Matter is adjourned, “There has been a meeting chaired by the Chief justice as well as the DG of prisons. And there are clear cut directions and implementation is on the way because there are some procedures to be followed. Some will go on release on bail. Undertrials will go on automatic bail and convicts will go on parole," said Praveen Sood, DG and IGP, Karnataka. Because His wife and four children alone in home, if he comes during this situation they get support, pls kindly if you help to get bail or parole from Bangalore or from any honorable court, pls contact me

You are correct. You can file bail application online to the concerned Court through email and to the High Court. Further representations may be sent to DG Prisons. Ask your advocate to High Court web site for email ids

Hi see ur case is that ur friend osnin judicial custody from the day one of the lock down... In case if the offence punshible she be withn 7 then he shall b realised on bail by executing a self bound before the magistrate or jail Superdent but in case if the offence punshible is more than 7 years then wait for filing objections... there is an option for. intrim bail application in which the bail will be definitely granted.... it's mandatory subject to the charges leveled against him... Rate us if convinced
