Yadi bhabhi ki bail ( criminal offence) high court me lagi hai aur session court me pahele reject ho chucki hai . Aur ussi family me unke brother in law ki bail ( criminal offence) kya Dali ja sakti hai .

Bhabhi ke upar charges kya hai ? What is the offence....charges ? Brother in Law ki Bail kab file hui hai aur kya session se reject ho chuki hai ? Uske baad High Court aa sakte ho aap... For any other query please call contact

दोनों जमानत प्रार्थना पत्रों पर कोर्ट अलग अलग सुनवाई करेगा। यदि आपकी भाभी की बेल। सेशन न्यायालय व हाईकोर्ट से खारिज हो चुकी है तो बहनोई की बेल। अलग रूप से डाली जा सकती है इसमें कोई कानूनी बाध्यता नहीं, है, आपने धाराओं का, उल्लेख नहीं, किया, है। ज्यादा विवरण आपको दिया जा सकता था।

jee bilkul dali ja sakti hai brother in law ki bail session court mai after getting the rejection order from the lower court. kisi bhi doosre accused ki bail dalne main koi problem nahi hai jabki pariwar ke kisi aur member ki bail pending ho.
