Yes, bail is possible in murder cases, but only: With strong legal grounds Subject to judicial discretion After proper arguments by a criminal lawyer Surety and property documents help in fulfilling bail conditions, not in securing bail itself

it is important to understand the circumstances and situation of the case to deduce whether Bail would be granted by Court in a case. one needs to share the details of a case with the lawyer for better understanding

Yes, if the bail is allowed then the conditions may be surety or submitting property documents. Bail can be possible in murder case based upon the merits of the case. Bail is for every offence whether it is bailable or non-bailable offence. To get bail there must be proper reason and merit based upon which the bail can be allowed.
