Q: Defamation against my boss for acting on an email to malign my image

I filed 498a in 2015 and the case is still going on. I missed the last couple of hearings so the court has issued a non bailable warrant against me. So, i will appear on the next hearing. Now, my husband sent an email to my office informing them about NBW and my boss sent an open letter to me informing me about it. This has caused a loss of reputation at work. Can I take a legal action against my boss Since he acted on an individual's email. It was not sent by the court or police dept.

Q: please help I want them to get divorced.

So I'm currently in 12th grade and my mother has been suffering from domestic violence and all those things from many years and we never know that what will happen with us. My father has been torturing us since many years and I can't handle this thing now.He has even fractured her bones in 2024 and what not .Everything went almost fine in 2025 , but I'm scared now because things aren't good. We've even tried going to lawyers but we don't have enough money for that so plshelp us.

Q: Bail in non bailable offense (Murder Case)

How anyone can get bail in Murder Case?? Is it possible by providing a surety or submitting property documents in court??

Yes, if the bail is allowed then the conditions may be surety or submitting property documents. Bail can be possible in murder case based upon the merits of the case. Bail is for every offence whether it is bailable or non-bailable offence. To get bail there must be proper reason and merit based upon which the bail can be allowed.

Q: Clear myself without visiting court for false case

Some one lodge false case against me and i don't want to visit court and want to keep myself clean.If court give me any competition for creating problem for me, you can keep all competition money.

If the case/ allegation brought against you is totally false, and if there is a any clear evidence regarding this matter that the case is just to harrass you, then you can approach before the court praying for your discharge, and it not mandatory for you to be appeared in court everytime.

Q: Silent treatment and isolation. Abstaining physical affection

My husband does not speak to me properly when I try talking he raises his voice and starts to shout at me. Does not go anywhere with me. He has physically not touched me since a month now. So no sex as well. I feel isolated and broken.We are newly married only for 4 months. We have stayed together only for about 2 months

Silent treatment also is a mental cruelty, and it can be the ground of divorce and a men/ womens right to be loved from her/his partner, sexual intercourse is the right arises from the marriage, if someone deny the other partner, then she/he can claim divorce as it is mental cruelty upon him/ her. there is a provision in law for divorce and also on nullity ground.
