Some one lodge false case against me and i don't want to visit court and want to keep myself clean.If court give me any competition for creating problem for me, you can keep all competition money.

Silent treatment also is a mental cruelty, and it can be the ground of divorce and a men/ womens right to be loved from her/his partner, sexual intercourse is the right arises from the marriage, if someone deny the other partner, then she/he can claim divorce as it is mental cruelty upon him/ her. there is a provision in law for divorce and also on nullity ground.

A text based sexting i done with my gf in 2024 , september 2024 consensual full no photo video audio media involved, we both after sexting had 5 months mutual relationship happy . The text messages are not coming under the heinous offence, and if it is not continued then no chance of crime anymore. as you have stated that the communication was 10 months ago, there must not be any chance of allegation from that side. though molestation charges can be drawn up as against you, but if there is no specific allegation from the girls side, so there is no case.
