Bail in 376 which was trapped by a girl 36 yr and chargesheet is filed

My friend was honey trapped by a lady under 376 whom he met 2-3 times at her house and the girl said he raped her in her own house by intoxicating her cold drink . She has refused her internal and not given glasses and my friend always asked her to come downstairs and talk on road . Do u think sessions court will give bail chargesheet is filed ?

We need to read chargesheet or the facts of FIR and other related grounds….if there are sufficient evidences which prima facie show that he is innocent or he has been trapped, then court might consider ..u need to immediately hire an advocate in this regard…plz b in touch asap
